Six sessions. Eight weeks. Your family, together.
Weekly for the first four sessions, then every other week so you can practice standing on your own. Every session ends with one or two clear commitments, and you get a written recap within a day. Between sessions, you can reach us by text or email. It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.
How the eight weeks unfold
Steady ground
1
Sessions 1 and 2. Tell your whole story, map what is and isn’t in your control, and replace blame with a working understanding of addiction and the roles families fall into. You each set an intention for the eight weeks.
Boundaries that hold
2
Session 3. Choose the one or two boundaries costing you the most peace, write the exact words, rehearse the pushback, and make a joint plan for the moment you want to give in.
Communication that connects
3
Session 4. Retire the lectures, threats, and pleading. Learn short, honest ways to keep the door open without approving the use, and practice the conversation you dread most.
Your own recovery, and the plan you keep
4
Sessions 5 and 6. Rebuild your own routines and outside support, protect time together that isn’t about the crisis, and finish with a written Sustaining Plan: your boundaries, scripts, crisis protocol, and early-warning signs. Follow-up sessions and monthly check-ins are available after the program.
